Please be reassured, that your safety is our number one priority, therefore SE Decorating will only be accepting work where we are confident we can adhere to the strict social distancing policy and procedures set out by the government.

Estimates:

If visiting your property for an estimate, 2 metre social distancing is in place throughout; where it is not possible SE Decorating can organise a video chat estimate with you; measurements and other details are required in order for us to compile a price ready for when the situation eases and work is again possible.

Working in your property:

SE Decorating would like to highlight the additional precautions below that are now in place for any work that are completed within your property.

• Strict 2 metre social distancing

• Risk assessments undertaken

• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE), such as gloves, face masks & goggles etc. where required

• More regular hand washing or use of hand sanitiser

• Contact surfaces, including door handles wiped regularly

• Tools and equipment kept clean, tidy and sanitised at the start and end of each day

• Use of separate toilet facilities, where possible

• Any refreshments to be supplied by the SE Decorating team only, throughout the day

• If anyone within the household is shielding or part of the particularly vulnerable group, please notify us before entering the property.

Good communications are critical for both parties, clients have a responsibility to inform SE Decorating if they become unwell and visa versa whilst working in their property. Please do not delay in passing on information, if anyone begins to show symptoms, or has been in contact with others who have the virus. So that the spread of the virus can be minimised, work will be stopped and the site will be left safe, clean and tidy until a period of self isolation has been completed and it is safe to resume work.
